"My 2020 series is my Guernica. I created this series in no particular order. Nests are safe, cozy spaces, lined with feathers, made from the same material as storms, edged in the same hard plastic that encases our televisions and computers and all the devices that bring the relentless onslaught of news to our ears and eyes. And to our nests."
